We value your business & ask that you respect our scheduling policies. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Any appointments unconfirmed within 24 hours of the appointment time is considered an automatic cancellation/no-show. Missed appointments & cancellations (with less than 48 hours notice) are subject to a cancellation fee equal to half the cost of the scheduled service(s). When you schedule an appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies, with or without a signed waiver. All services require a credit card to hold your reserved time. You will not be charged unless there is a cancellation or no-show. In the event this occurs, the card on file will reflect the amount of the services that were to be rendered during the scheduled appointment time.
